Growing up in El Chocó, among Afro-Colombian and
Indigenous communities, JASHIM brings a deep cultural
sensibility to their artistic universe. Since immigrating to
Canada in 2003, they’ve developed a singular path, from
contributing to major AAA videogame productions such as
"Assassin’s Creed","Star Wars" and "Avatar", to emerging as a
powerful presence in the global alt-latin scene.
